Functions as a leader in health care team. Assumes responsibility for coordination of clinical services hospital-wide. Coordinates and supervises nursing personnel and directs other ancillary departments as needed. Is responsible to make administrative decisions necessary to maintain the operation of the hospital during assigned hours as a representative of the nurse managers, Chief Nursing Officer, and Administration and may be called upon to perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
BSN or experience preferred.
Experience:
3 years’ clinical experience is required. Previous experience as a lead or charge nurse preferred
Must be at the Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) level on the Clinical Ladder
Ability to perform basic nursing duties in ED, OB, and Med/surg preferred
Licenses/Certification:
Minimum:
Current Colorado Registered Nurse License (or compact state RN license)
ACLS, BLS, TNCC, NRP, PALS, S.T.A.B.L.E.

needsCompensation: $32.89 - $41.11/hr, depending on experience.
